Dataiku's platform is designed to help organizations become more data-driven by empowering non-technical users to work with data and machine learning, thus making it easy to turn data into actionable insights. With Dataiku, teams can work together on shared projects, and easily track and version the progress of their work, allowing for faster iterations and better collaboration.

Objective

Dataiku was an incredible opportunity that presented numerous learning curves for our team because it is a unicorn company that is largely successful and well-loved. We were tasked with assisting the international unicorn firm with delegation and event management as they made their debut in India. There were many areas that necessitated our attention. As a humble organization, we had our creative gears fully turned with speaker management, corporate gifting, good ROI, value proposition, and other tasks. Nevertheless, we were overjoyed to get the chance to work on such a fantastic project.

Delegation

As a large project, the foremost step we had to take was strategic delegation. Delegation and perfect division of labor was the most crucial aspect of planning and managing the event with utmost efficiency as it ensured that time and resources were being utilized effectively.

By enabling several team members to work on various event-related tasks concurrently, delegation helped us to expedite the event preparation process. Additionally, we were able to establish better communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders. It also allowed us to enhance the overall outcome of the event.

Along with delegation, we wanted to ensure a good ROI rate and a strong value proposition. Ensuring a good ROI required us to have clearly laid-out goals and objectives, thorough cost-benefit analysis, careful selection of investments, regular monitoring, tracking progress, and continuous optimization.

We aimed to highlight the unique selling points of the brand, such as its reputation, history, and mission, in order to establish a robust value proposition. By increasing the value proposition, we could make it more appealing to consumers, leading to an increased ROI.

Once all the nitty-gritty details were evaluated and addressed, management of the Dataiku event became a seamless process.

Sustainable Gifting

We wanted to put sustainability first when it came to corporate gifting. Since it helps to minimize the environmental impact of gift-giving and promote environmentally friendly behaviors, sustainable gifting is becoming increasingly more crucial given how vital the situation of the environment is.

We chose a gift that was carefully crafted by local artisans – bamboo speakers. Bamboo speakers are a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to traditional speakers. They are handcrafted, unique, support local communities, and have benefits such as natural sound and easy portability.

The event's success left us feeling incredibly ecstatic and proud. Throughout the entire event, Dataiku's confidence in us kept us moving forward. We will continue to strive hard to take on more similarly big-ticket projects and execute them flawlessly.
